○ 인간대상 및 인체유래물 연구자, 종사자 등을 대상으로 생명윤리 및 안전에 관한 법률 교육필요성 증대
○ 2013년도에 개발된 교육과정을 현 시점에 맞춰 개정 변경사항 반영 필요

○ 인간대상 및 인체유래물 연구자 등을 대상으로 기관생명윤리위원회와 인간대상 및 인체유래물 연구 관련 내용에 대한 이해도 제고 및 연구 활동 지원
○ 생명윤리 및 안전에 관한 법률의 개정 변경사항 반영, 법률을 정확하고 효율적으로 전달
