청소년수련시설의 청소년지도사 배치현황 조사

국문 초록 (Abstract)

1993년 청소년지도사 자격검정이후 2016년까지 청소년지도사 배출은 45,822명이다. 그러나 청소년활동의 주요 현업 기관인 청소년수련시설에서 직접 지도와 지원을 담당하고 있는 청소년지도사는 3,389명이다. 이는 전체 지도사의 7.4%에 불과하다. 또한, 청소년지도사는 매 2년마다 400~600명이 퇴사하고 있으며 이는 전체 종사자의 10~15%로 나타난다. 이는 퇴사와 입사를 반복하는 단기형태의 고용 으로서 청소년지도사의 전문성 측면에서 극단적 한계를 보여주고 있다. 이 를 극복하기 위해서는 청소년수련시설의 근무기준을 지금보다 높은 수준으 로 강화하여 전문성 있는 청소년지도사 채용을 위해 노력해야 한다. 그리고 청소년지도사의 직업적 안정을 위해 사회적인 대우가 향상되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Since the qualification examination of the youth instructor in 1993, the number of youth instructor in the adolescents until 2016 is 45,822. However, there are 3,389 youth instructors who are in charge of direct guidance and support at the youth training facility, which is a major operating agency for youth activities. This is only 7.4% of the total teachers In addition, youth instructor leave 400-600 people every two years, representing 10-15% of the total workforce. This is a short-term type of employment that repels and recreates to the company, displaying extreme limitations in terms of the professionalism of a youth coach. To overcome this, efforts should be made to recruit professional youth counselors by reinforcing the working standards of youth training facilities to the higher levels now. And social treatment should be improved for the vocational stability of youth counselors.
