The pre test was enforced before taking the experiment, and the post test was operated after taking the experiment 12 weeks later.
The result were as follows;
1. Significant(p=0.0001) change was decreased TC in the swim training group, bun non significant change appeared control group after 12 weeks later.
2. Significant(p=0.0001) change was increased HDL-C in the swim training group, but significant(p=0.0476) change decrease control group after 12 weeks later.
3. Significant(p=0.0001) change was decreased HDL-C in the swim training group, but significant(p=0.0233) change increase control group after 12 weeks later.
4. Significant(p=0.0001) change was decreased TG in the swim training group, bun non significant change appeared control group after 12 weeks later.
