천연기념물인 미선나무의 조직배양에 의한 증폭과 순화 = Plant number propagation and refinement of White Forsythia by tissue culture

국문 초록 (Abstract)

우리나라의 특산 식물인 미선나무(Abeliophyllum distichum)는 1속 1종인 희귀식물이다. 이런 희귀식물인 미선나무의 개체 수를 늘리는 방법으로 이 실험에서는 야생에서 자라는 미선나무를 소독해 기내에서 조직배양을 통해 개체 수를 증식하였다. 신 초를 유도하기 위해서 처음에는 신초유도배지(wpm)에서 식물체를 배양했고 신 초가 어느 정도 자라면 이 식물체를 뿌리 유도 배지(GD)로 옮겨 뿌리가 생기게 한 뒤 기외로 옮겨 정상적인 하나의 소식물체로 자라는 과정까지 실행하였다.

White forsythia is a hardy deciduous shrub(oleaceae) that grows to 3 feet. White forsythia flowers in sort clusters in early spring. In this paper, White forsythia was cultured on the WPM(shoot induction medium) to induce shoots. Then those shoots were transferred to the GD(root induction) medium to induce roots. We propagated the plant number of White forsythia by tissue culture. After Propagation and induction of roots, young plants were transferred to green house. Therefore we obtained small Abeliophyllum distichum.
