초등학교 저학년 학생이 지각한 교사의 행동과 학생의 애착안정성이 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Teacher Behavior and Attachment Stability on School-related Adjustment perceived by the First, the Second and the Third Graders of Elementary School

국문 초록 (Abstract)

초등학교 저학년 시기는 사회적 범위가 가정이라는 환경에서 학교라는 새로운 환경으로 그 폭이 급작스럽게 넓어짐에 따라 많은 심리사회적 어려움에 직면하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학교 저학년 학생이 지각한 교사의 행동과 학생의 애착안정성이 학교생활 적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하여 초등학교 저학년 학생의 교육과 상담의 기초 자료로 활용하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 경기도 P시에 소재하는 4개 초등학교 남녀학생 502(남학생 242, 여학생 260)명을 대상으로 교사행동검사, 애착안정성검사, 학교생활적응검사를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 중다회귀분석, 단순상관분석, 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 초등학교 저학년 학생이 지각한 교사의 행동과 학생의 애착안정성을 살펴보면 교사의 행동이 수용적이고 자율적일수록 애착안정성이 높게 나타났으며 둘째, 초등학교 저학년 학생이 지각한 교사의 행동과 학교생활 적응을 살펴볼 때 교사의 행동이 수용적일 경우 학교생활 적응을 잘 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 애착안정성과 학교생활 적응을 살펴볼 때 교사에 대한 애착안정성이 높을수록 학교생활에서 교사관계, 또래관계, 학교수업, 학교규칙의 순으로 적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교사의 행동과 애착안정성 및 학교생활 적응과의 관계에서는 교사의 행동이 수용적이고 애착안정성이 높을수록 학교생활 적응 중에서도 교사관계, 또래관계, 학교수업에 보다 잘 적응하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 경로분석에서 애착안정성은 초등학교 저학년 학생의 학교생활 적응을 예측할 수 있는 예측 변인으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of teacher behavior and attachment stability on their school-related adjustment perceived by the First, the Second and the Third Graders of Elementary School. The major results of this study are as follows: First, in the relationship between teacher behavior and attachment, the more cceptable and autonomous teacher behavior was the higher attachment. Second, in the relationship between teacher behavior and school-related adjustment, the more acceptable teacher behavior was the higher school-related adjustment. Third, in the relationship between attachment and school-related adjustment, the higher attachment to the teachers, they adapted well to the school in the following order: relationship with teachers, relationship of peers, school class, school rules. Fourth in the relationship between teacher behavior, attachment and their school-related adjustment, the more acceptable teacher behavior and the high attachment, they could easily adapt to the relationship with teachers and peers, school class, the simple regression analysis was confirmed the contribution of the attachment stability to the school-related adjustment, in the results, we found that attachment has more effects on the development of school-related adjustment.
