인적자원개발의 재조명: 개념적 접근 = Revisiting Human Resource Development: Conceptual Approach

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Based on the analysis of the 21c knowledge-based society and the prospects for current economical and social change, this study seeks to draw up the vision and role of human resource development from a managerial as well as national viewpoint. The objective of this research were to identify concepts, theories and related areas in the field of human resource development, to examine the process of HRD practices, and to get some implications for the progress of HRD. Literature review research was mainly used as the research method.
