      다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

      This study looked into the hiring process of first class deluxe hotels to see what kind of specific criteria were sought by hotels from the applicants. Major findings from this study are as follows; First, no single hotel requested all the criteria from this study and second, most hotels under evaluation in this study found right applicants throughout the year but some hotels hired from previous interns. Third, English takes a pivotal role in hiring process. It is a must-have ability by applicants and some hotels even requested second foreign languages. Fourth, except in the case of hiring chef or engineering personnel, none of the hotel personnel need to have a relevant licenses. It could be drawn from this study findings that hotels need to provide more in depth information related to the job opening and positions in order to hire more suitable personnel. Also, licenses requirement relevant to the positions at hotels needs to be further discussed and looked into.
