This paper aims at gropping for some negotiation strageties to prepare ourself against the time when Korea and U.S.A will negotiate the problems whether they will recognize the Gaesung Industrial Complex Products as Made in Korean Ones or not in the Korean Peninsula Outward Proccessing Zone Commitee, which will be opened at the day when one year will be passed after KORUS FTA will be come into effect in the near future. Authors, for solving these problems, researched Korean and U.S.A position concerned with recognization problems the Gaesung Industrial Complex Products as Made in Korean Ones revealed in the last KORUS negotiation processing and analyzed KORUS FTA in view of Win-Set And also authors anaylzed all contents concerned with recognization problems the Gaesung Industrial Complex Products as Made in Korean Ones revealed in KORUS FTA document, reconfirmed the position of the countries concerned on the Korean Peninsula Outward Proccessing Zone Committee which will discuss recognization the Gaesung Industrial Complex Products as Made in Korean Ones in the near furure, and the lastly propoped the direction which such a commiitee will go on.
