The Cyber Home Learning System(CHLS) affects the realization of lifetime learning system, the reduction of region, class educational gap, and the improvement of public education. Therefore, it has been managing with 16 City/Province Education Services as the central figure so as to save private educational expenses. According as the CHLS revitalizes, the established researches on the effect analysis of it are in process. But it is not reasonable for the effect to be applied to Chungbuk, because the CHLS targets on the other regions of the country, not on Chungbuk. Therefore this thesis analyzes the degree of satisfaction, effectiveness and studies accomplishment from the students who is taking part in Chungbuk Cyber Home Learning System, after then we will analyze how the CHLS effects the reduction of regional education gap. The details of the paper are the followings: Inquiring the preceding study related to this research, investigating the present managing situation of Chungbuk CHLS, grasping regional degree of satisfaction, effectiveness through question the students who join in the Chungbuk CHLS, and analyzing the degree of studies accomplishment with CHLS by regional groups. The results of this thesis will become a foundation which improve the CHLS for rural area students.
