Among them, three cases were consistent with von Hippel-Lindau disease. Seven patients were men and seven patients were women. The mean age of the patients was 38 years. There were eleven lesions of the cystic type and nine lesions of the solid type. Five solid lesions were diagnosed in one patient. Four patients (28.5%) died within two months of their operation. One case recurred two years after subtotal tumor resection.
