Mobile in Vehicle 시장에서 고객구매요인과 제품서비스 통합설계 방안에 관한 연구: 한국과 중국을 대상으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

자동차에 정보기술을 접목시킨 Telematics 산업은 자동차에서 각종 차량정보, 음악, 영화, TV 등의 멀티미디어, 그리고 인터넷 활용할 수 있어 최근 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 컨버전스 수준이 매우 높은 Telematics산업은 아직까지 발전단계에서 초기 단계에 있을 뿐만 아니라 세계적으로 지역별로 큰 발전의 차이를 가지고 있기 때문에 학술적으로 실무적으로 규명해야 할 많은 이슈들이 존재하고 있다.
따라서 본 연구는 이상의 주제의 중요성을 고려하여 우선 텔레매틱스산업의 주요 지역별 발전 동향 및 특징을 살펴 본 다음 정보통신기술의 테스트베드로 성장한 한국과 텔레매틱스 관련 산업이 가장 빠르게 발전하고 글로벌 기업이 주목하고 있는 중국의 Telematics 산업의 발전 동향 및 특징, 주요참여 기업과 양국가의 발전과정에서의 차이점을 논의하였다.
이러한 산업분석에 이어 연구과제2에서는 실증분석을 통하여 한·중 소비자들의 텔레매틱스 제품에 대한 인식차이를 검증하였다. 새로운 컨버전스 제품으로 Telematics서비스관련 연구는 극히 적으며 국가 간의 비교연구도 활발하게 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실증분석을 통하여 400명의 한국과 중국 소비자들의 Telematics 제품에 대한 설계수준의 차이를 검증하였으며 나아가 양국 간의 상이한 사용경험과 설계수준 사이의 관계를 규명하였다. 결합분석과 일련의 통계분석을 통하여 검증한 결과 한국과 중국 소비자는 서비스 속성과 전달방식에서 분명한 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다.

Telematics industry which grafts information technology onto automobiles has been receiving great attention as people can enjoy musics, TVs, movies and get information using the internet and multi-media services inside the car. However, there are many issues around telematics industry that has to be taken into account　both academically and practically as it is in the introduction stage of its production life cycle and there are significant amount of development gap between different countries of the world.
Considering the importance of the topic, the authors designed and conducted two different studies, but highly interrelated, taking into account different unit of analysis-the industrial level and the individual level of South Korea and China. As for the firt study, the research is aiming to achieve following objectives. Primarily, this study describes the regional development trend and the characteristics of the telematics industry. then, examines Korea's telematics industry which has been developed into the test-bed for the information technology, compares it with Chinese telematics industry which is experiencing a rapid growth and receiving considerable attention from global firms.
