The community is not the only concept of community or space but the one of the social welfare service supply subject which is able to form intimate Relationship among people who has the affiliation feeling of commonness. Therefore it is important to observe that how to form the network and will provide the integrated community welfare service. This Study analyzed the grasped service networking of social welfare service related organization in Donggu, Busan Metropolitan City. The finding of this study persuade preparation of managing system for reeducation because high satisfaction showed according to age will be low, educational participation number of times will be high. It is also expose that networks should be based on the concept of mutual benefits, not on the concept of competition, this study argues that trust between the participants of networks should be established, specially support of the agency.
