This study aims at analyzing the impact of organizational culture on local administrative innovation. This research surveyed characteristics of organizational culture with dividing it into four cultural types rational culture, group culture, developmental culture, and hierarchical culture. This study adopted a questionnaire method in research of public employees in Kimcheon city, Gyeongbuk. Data were collected from 313 members for empirical analysis. Techniques used in analyzing data were reliability analysis, factor reliability, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of analysis indicate that rational culture, group culture, and developmental culture have a positive influence on local administrative innovation, while hierarchical culture has a negative influence on local administrative innovation.
