This paper proposes a voltage control strategy for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in high-penetration PVnetworks to ensure stable operation complying with IEEE 1547-2018 standards. We employ a Model PredictiveControl (MPC) framework utilizing the Generalized LinDistFlow (GLDF) voltage sensitivity model. Unlike traditionalfixed sensitivity methods, the proposed approach updates sensitivity parameters in real-time to reflect topologychanges, such as line faults. The strategy is validated using a CYME-Python co-simulation platform. Simulationresults demonstrate that the sensitivity-updating method significantly mitigates control chattering and reducesbattery Equivalent Full Cycles (EFC) compared to fixed models. This confirms the effectiveness of the proposedmethod in achieving efficient voltage regulation and minimizing battery degradation under fault conditions.
