Real Estates are the most important asset. It was influenced from peculiar quality. Also, it was influenced by external environment that environments contains of physical, social, economic, administrative peculiarities, and etc., as well as it influence external environment in itself. The law and politics of Real Estate may means relation law and politics to Real Estate. In Korea, it has been said that the law and politics of Real Estate began to be developed in the 1960``s. It has made much progress, regulation and deregulation. Thus it seems to be caused by inside and outside of economic conditions change. The law and politics of Real Estate divided between periods of booming economic growth and periods of downturn in the economy. These periods approaches are basically very similar. The former be contained Asian financial crisis in 1997 and in 2007. Also, the latter be contained in late 1970s and in 1980 and in the early 2000. This study centers around to review law and politics of Real Estate in accordance with the changing times and circumstances. This study has four parts including the introduction and conclusion. The second part describes contents of the law and politics of Real Estate related to Real Estate Ownership and economic growth in its change. The third part describes contents of the law and politics of Real Estate under the individual laws in economic growth, and then point out problems of its.
