대형 재난이 손보사 기업가치에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 사건연구를 중심으로 = A Study on the Effects of Disaster on Property and Liability Firm Value: by Event Study Method

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this research, we investigate the effects of typhoons, MAEMI and RUSA, on the stock prices of the property and liability insurers. An event study method is adopted. Patell's z-test criteria is applied. The results show that RUSA's effects on the property and liability firms' stock value were not statistically significant but MAEMI's effects were statistically significant.
