방임의 심각성에 영향을 미치는 아동과 양육자의 심리·정서적 문제에 관한 사회적 지지의 중재효과 연구 = A Study on Intervention of Social Support in Psychological Problems of Children and Parents that Effect on Child Neglect Seriousness

The purpose of this study is to prove intervention effect of social support in psychological problem of children and parents that effect on child neglect seriousness. The subjects were 102 caregivers who were reported to be neglect in child protection agency. The result of this study were as follows ;
First, the communication and personality problem of children, verbal accessibility of parents are significantly effected on child neglect seriousness. Second, the social support significantly intervene both of them. Finally, the discussion concerned on requirement of social support was suggested.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 아동방임의 심각성에 영향을 미치는 아동과 부모의 심리․정서적 문제에 관한 사회적 지지의 중재효과를 알아보고자 부산 및 경남지역의 아동보호전문기관에 신고되어 방임으로 판정된 102개의 사례를 대상으로 이루어졌다. 아동의 심리․정서적 문제는 아동의 의사표현의 문제, 아동의 성격과 기질의 문제로 구성되었으며, 양육자의 심리․정서적 문제는 양육자의 정신질환, 의사소통의 문제 및 성격문제로 구성되었다. 분석결과 아동의 의사표현과 성격 및 기질의 문제, 양육자의 의사소통의 문제가 방임의 심각성에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적 지지는 이 세 가지의 문제를 모두 유의미하게 중재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 방임가족을 위한 사회적 지지의 중요성과 사회적 지지의 실현을 위한 사회적 개입의 필요성을 제언하였다.
