      This study aims to find a model for which we can analyze the regional economic effect of urban community parks and can know the priorities of the benefit and cost for each community park.
      The case study of Chongju community parks could find as follows:
      First, the total benefit of the parks can be calculated at 255,197 million Won in a year, and the total cost of the parks can be at 231,840 million Won.
      Second, the total benefit can occupy 17.8% for the GRP of Chongju and the total cost can do 16.23%. And the possible investment per a year appears at 34,776 million in Chongju.
      Third, the priority can be gotten from comparing the B/C ratio of the parks, for which the middle size parks can prevail comparatively.
      Lastly, it is opitimal that 3-4 years should be needed to construct all fo parks in Chongju.
