결혼이민자가정 한국인 남편의 가족관련 가치관 및 문화적응태도가 결혼적응에 미치는 영향 = A Study on Marital Adaptation of International Married Korean Husbands

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 결혼이민자가정 내 한국인 남편의 개인적 특성인 가족관련 가치관과 문화적응태도, 결혼적응의 경향성을 알아보고, 가족관련 가치관과 문화적응태도가 한국남편의 결혼적응에 어느 정도의 영향력을 갖고 있는지를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 전국 10개의 시군에 거주하는 국제 결혼한 한국인 남성 215명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 조사대상자는 근대적 성역할관과 전통적가족주의가치관 성향이 높았고, 자문화전달태도보다 다문 화수용태도를 더 많이 취했으며, 결혼적응은 비교적 높은 경향을 보였다. 둘째, 조사대상자 부부의 학력이 대졸이상이고, 아내가 전업주부이고, 소득이 높은 경우에 결혼적응 수준이 높았다. 셋째, 조사대상자가 근대적 결혼관과 성역할관을 가질수록, 전통적 가족주의적일수록 높은 결혼적응 수준을 보였다. 또 자문화전달태도와 다문화수용태도 수준이 높을수록 결혼에 잘 적응하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조사대상자의 결혼적응에 대한 관련변인들의 상대적인 영향력은 문화적응태도 변인의 영향력이 가장 컸으며 다음으로 가족관련 가치관, 인구사회적변인 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 결혼이민자 가정의 원만한 결혼생활을 위해 한국인 남편의 문화적응태도 및 가족관련 가치관에 관한 인식개선을 위한 개입이 요구된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study are to understand the marital-life of Korea resident Korean men who married with women from different countries and the process of marital-life adaptation among Korean men population. The target population of the study is the group of 215 Korean men who got married with non-Korean women. A survey is used as a data collection and its result is analysed by SPSS PC 12.0 program. The results are as follow;
First, The result presents that Korean husbands' family-value has highlighted in the area of modern gender role and traditional family-center-value. In terms of cultural adaptation attitude, they have more points the mother-culture propagation attitude rather than multi-cultural propagation attitude which is accepting wife's culture. Second, sociological variables of men's population those affect to international marriage adaptation are husband and wife's education level, wife's current employment status, and family income. Third, the possessed values of the Korean husbands of modern gender role or traditional family-center-value, they perceive high-level of the marital-adaptation. The husband's attitude such as trying to understand wife's culture or trying to acknowledge Korean culture to wife is presented as an influential variable for adjusting their marriage. Fourth, relatively influential variables, which are related to martial adaptation, are examined in order. The whole marital adaptation depends on in the order of self culture propagation attitude. traditional family-orientered-view.
