대학 전산교육센터 운영효율성 증대 방안 = A Plan for the Increase in Operational Efficiency of the Information Technology Education Center of University

The purposes of this study are as follows; first, this study analyzed the present state of income and expenditure over the past four years for establishing the efficient Standard Cost Model and for searching for ways to increase revenue and reduce spending. Second, this study employed the questionnaire servey method and analyzed the data to exactly know the quality of lecture or program operations, to find out the optimal alternative to enhance the method of operations. Finally, it is to derive ways to increase in a operational efficiency of Information Technology Education Center to draw the such maximum effects of education at a minimal cost, as the development of the needed courses and lectures, and the increase in specialized education programs for the students.
