국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 복강경 수술로봇 평가 기술 개발에 관한 연구로 복강경 수술로봇 안전성 및 성능평가 가이드라인(안) 마련을 위한 연구이다. 다음과 같은 세부 연구내용을 조사연구를 통해 수행하였다.
1. 복강경 수술 로봇의 전기/전자/기계적 성능 및 안전성, 유효성 평가를 위한 연구
- 복강경 수술 로봇의 현황 분석 및 성능 평가에 필요한 요소 항목 조사 연구
- 자동화시스템 로봇 수술기의 현황 조사 및 분석
- 복강경 수술 로봇의 성능 및 유효성 평가방법 연구
- 문헌 및 현재 사용 중인 복강경 수술 로봇의 자료를 바탕으로 정확도 및 정밀도 등 안전성 평가 방법 연구
- 미국 식품의약품안전청(FDA) 및 국제표준화기구(ISO) 등과 같은 기관에서 발간한 임상시험 관련 규정을 바탕으로 국내실정에 맞는 평가지표 제시
2. 인복강경 수술 로봇의 소프트웨어적 성능 및 유효성 평가를 위한 연구
- 복강경 수술 로봇의 소프트웨어적 위험경험 항목 조사 및 분석
- 국․내외 의료기기 제어 소프트웨어 관련 표준 및 가이드라인 분석
- 한국형 복강 시술 로봇 제어 소프트웨어 평가를 위한 정제된 평가 기준 작성
- 한국형 복강 시술 로봇 제어 소프트웨어를 각종 표준에 따라 평가할 수 있는 구체적인 개발 산출물 정의
- 정제된 평가 기준과 그 기준에 따라 평가할 수 있는 산출물간 대응관계를 표로 정리
