노인들의 고독감에 대한 영향요인에 관한 연구 = 노인복지관 이용 노인과 비이용 노인을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 노인들의 고독감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 규명하기 위해서 노인복지관 이용 노인들과 비이용 노인들을 중심으로 고독감에 대한 인구학적 특성, 건강 특성 및 사회적 특성 등의 영향요인들을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과들은 다음과 같다: 1) 이용 노인들의 사회적, 정서적 및 전체 고독감의 정도는 비이용 노인들에 비하여 낮은 것으로 조사되었다; 2) 이용 노인과 비이용 노인들 간에 KGHQ, 사회적 지지 및 가족자원 등에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다; 3) 이용 노인들의 종교, ADL, IADL, 사회적 지지 및 가족자원 등이 고독감의 영향요인들로 규명되었다; 4) 비이용 노인들의 성별, KGHQ, 사회적 지지 및 가족자원 등이 고독감의 영향요인들로 나타났다; 5) 종교, KGHQ, IADL, 사회적지지, 가족자원 및 노인복지관 이용유무 등이 전체 연구대상자의 고독감의 영향 요인들로 규명되었다. 끝으로 본 연구결과들을 중심으로 노인들의 고독감 예방 및 경감 방안에 대한 노인 복지적 함의 및 제언 등을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study were to examine major determinants of loneliness among the users and non users of community senior welfare center, and to find some relationships among loneliness, demographic factors, health factors, and social factors. Three hundred sixty elderly persons were interviewed and three-hundred-twenty-one were analyzed in this study. The descriptive statistics, chi-square test, t-test, and multiple regression were used for the data analysis in this study. The major findings of the study as follow: 1) the user`s social, emotional, and total scores of loneliness were lower than the non-users; 2) KGHQ, social support, and family resources were statistically differences between the users and non-users; 3) religion, ADL, IADL, social support, and family resource were major determinants of loneliness for the users; 4) sex, KGHQ, social support, and family resources were major determinants of loneliness for the non-users; 5) religion, KGHQ, IADL, social support, family resources, and use of senior welfare center were major determinants of loneliness among the respondents. Finally, some program development and policy implications were discussed for decreasing and preventing of loneliness for the users and non-users of senior welfare center
