청소년 비행에 대한 스포츠 인문치료의 의의와 해법

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 청소년 비행이 심각한 사회문제가 되고 있는 가운데 그 원인으로 부모의 결손, 입시제도의 부작용, 메스미디 어의 폭력성, 불건전한 교우관계 등이 거론되고 있다. 이러한 청소년들의 욕구 불만을 해소하고 심리적 안정을 위해 스 포츠를 접목한 인문치료의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 문헌고찰을 통하여 청소년 비행 이론, 청소년 비 행의 실태, 스포츠 인문치료의 의의와 해법, 스포츠 인문치료의 향후 과제 등을 알아보는 것이었다. 스포츠 인문치료의 기본개념은 청소년들이 신체활동을 통해서 사회성의 발달, 공격적 행동의 조절, 도덕성과 준법성의 향상에 긍정적인 영 향을 미쳐 인간의 궁극적인 목적인 행복에 도달하게 한다는 것이다. 따라서 비행행위를 줄일 수 있는 스포츠 인문치료의 구체적 방법으로 긍정적 감성을 통한 해법, 소통을 통한 해법, 철학적인 해법, 상담치료 해법이 논의되었다. 이 연구의 결론은 청소년 비행에 대한 스포츠 인문치료는 가정과 학교 및 사회가 함께 다방면에서 노력을 해야 한다는 것이었다. 부모와 교사들은 스포츠라는 매개체를 통해 청소년들의 가치관을 이해하고 의견을 경청하면서 긍정적인 소통의 장을 열어야 한다. 사회와 국가에서도 법적･행정적 노력을 통해 청소년들이 쉽게 스포츠 활동에 참여할 수 있는 환경을 지속 적으로 마련해 나가야 할 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In recent years, juvenile delinquency has become a serious social problem, and its causes are the loss of parents, adverse effects of entrance examination system, the violent nature of the mass media, and unhealthy fellowship. The necessity of the sports humanities therapy which combines the sports to solve the frustration of the desire of these youth and to secure psychological stability is emerging. The purpose of this study was to examine the theories and reality of juvenile delinquency, the significance and solution of sports humanities therapy, and the future tasks of sports humanities therapy through literature review. The basic concept of sports humanities therapy is that youths have a positive influence on the development of sociality, the control of aggressive behavior, the improvement of morality and compliance through physical activity, and reach the ultimate aim of human happiness. Therefore, positive emotional solution, communicative solution, philosophical solution, and counseling solution were discussed as specific methods of the sports humanities therapy. The conclusion of this study was that the sports humanities therapy should be a multidisciplinary effort for home, school and society together. Parents and teachers should open a positive communication channel by understanding the values of youth and listening to opinions through the medium of sports. In the society and the country, it is considered that the environment where the youth can easily participate in sports activities should be continuously provided through legal and administrative efforts.
