학습장애 학생의 자기 결정 기술이 포함된 IEP 개발 및 시행이 통합학급 교사의 자기 결정 인식에 미치는 효과에 관한 질적 연구 = A Qualitative Research on the Perception of Teacher regarding Self-Determination Skills in IEP Plan for the Students with Learning Disability

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research was to examine the perception of teacher regarding self-determination skills in IEP on the self-regulated learning strategies behaviors of students with learning disability in inclusive elementary classroom. And the purpose of this research was applied of self-determination skills in IEP plan within Korean education culture context. For this purpose, three participants located in Daejeon and Jeonju, who were taught in inclusive classroom, were interviewed. From the qualitative analysis, three themes and seventeen sub-themes emerged as follows. Teachers in inclusive classroom said students reached the use of self-determination skills increased.
From results, self-determination skills in IEP to be applied in the education field, it is necessary to support the legal stipulation and respect for students with disabilities need to recognize. And it is important on self-determination skills in inclusive classrooms of teachers' awareness and efforts among special classroom teachers and parents.
