한국 노인장기요양보험의 발전방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Development Plan of Long-Term Care Insurance System for the Elderly in Korea

The study focuses on long-term care insurance issue due to increasing old age expectancy in developed countries such ad South Korea, Japan and Germany. This study explores and compares long-term care insurance system between Japan and Germany and them analyzes actuality and problems facing South Korea in present society. Thus, this study probes to find solution to long-term care insurance system of South Korea. The solutions to improvement of long-term care insurance system are first loosening of the criterion for allowance and clarification of selection standard, second expansion of service, improvement of quality of the facility service, development of total model service, and creation of prevention service method, third organization of unified operation system and complicated service supplement, fourth increase of government grants and decrease of care receiver`s allotment, fifth amplification of facility rooms, varieties, professions, and diversities of regions, sixth increase professional staffs and educations of facility staffs, and introduction of care manager system.
