This study examined the link between the curriculum and cultural competence of the graduate school of public administration (GSPA) in South Korea. The study utilized the content analyses, in-depth interviews, and online survey to examine cultural diversity, including age, disability, gender, race/ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, and social class, among other variables. The results are as follows. First, concerning a multicultural society, the educational system of GSPA in South Korea considers cultural diversity and cultural competence less compared to educational systems in the USA or European countries. Second, cultural diversity is only concerned with gender in the curricula of GSPA. The theoretical and practical implications for the findings are discussed.
