생활체육지도자들의 스포츠 가치 성향 분석 = An Analysis on Sport Value Orientation of Sport for All Leaders

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

◈The purpose of this study was to examine sport value orientation as perceived by third class sport for all leaders. Participants were 993 sport for all leaders who received educational program held in nationwide 21 sport for all leaders academy. Selection of participants were accomplished by purposive sampling technique. Participants administered a questionnaire included sport value orientation scale, five background variables and a open-ended question. Male leaders rated significantly higher level of cultivation of healthy civil spirit, social mobility, attitude of fair play and prevention of misbehavior than did female leaders. Under thirties leaders had significant higher score on respect of authority than did over forties leaders. Under high school graduate leaders showed significantly higher score on national harmony and unity variable than did college students and university graduate leaders. Result of content analysis on sport value emphasized in educational situation revealed that 875 raw data categorized 10 highest order dimension included the rules of etiquette, humanity, the best effort, health of mind and body, enjoyment and quality of life, consideration and respect, relatedness, fair play, self-discipline, leadership disposition. Sport for all leaders rated the rules of etiquette as the most important dimension.
