지역 경제환경의 변화가 외식산업에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 부천지역을 중심으로 = A Study on the Influence of Local Economic Environmental Change on the Food Service Industry: Focused on the Bucheon Area

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

As we know the food service industry can be affected by the
environmental factors such as economic, cultural, political and so on.
Among them, an economic factor is considered one of the most important.
Therefore, this study focused on finding out how the local economic
situation affects the food service industry in Bucheon area and suggested
the restaurant owners how to survive and to prosper their business
continuously. Variables for this study are separated by two. First, it is for
measuring the local economic development such as total population, house
holding rate, parking lot holding rate, GDP and registered car number. The
other is for measuring the local food service industry development such as a
food service index, allowed restaurant numbers, general restaurant numbers
and entertainment restaurant numbers. As the result, the parking lot
holding rate and the total population are related to the entertainment
restaurants and they required more parking spots.
