스마트폰 터치스크린인터페이스에서 화면전환 움직임이 사용자 인식과 감성반응에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of the Screen Transition Movement of a Smartphone Touch Interface on the Perception and Emotion

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 화면전환 움직임이 분절된 화면 간에흐름을 연결하여 사용자 몰입을 유지하고 설명적 의미를 강화하는 GUI 요소라고 전제하고, 화면전환의 움직임이 사용자의 지각과 감성에 미치는 긍정적 영향관계를 파악하고자 한 것이다. 실험에는 대학생 35명이 참여하여, 화면전환 움직임(2: 유/무)에 대하여 아이트래킹(주목위치, 주목시간)과 감성반응(즐거움, 흥분, 통제)및 행위의미 언어표현(말하기)과 감성어휘(8가지 어휘비교)를 측정하여 비교하였다. 연구결과, 스마트폰 터치인터페이스에서 화면전환 움직임은 사용자의 주의집중을 방해하지 않으면서도,화면에 시선이 머무는 시간은 더 길게 하고, 사용자가 더 흥분을 느끼도록 만들고, 사용자가 구설한 행위의미 언어표현수가 더 많이 나타났다. 또한 사용 후 감성어휘 평가에서는 더 효율적이고, 재미있으며, 인상적이며, 덜 답답하게 느끼는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research assumes that the screen transition movement was a GUI factor that connected the flow between segmented screens and thus maintained the interest of the user and strengthened explanatory functions. Thus, this research attempts to understand the positive effects the screen transition movement had on the user``s emotions and cognition. Eye tracking (focus of attention, and how long attention lasted), emotional response (pleasure, arousal, dominance), verbal of the meaning of actions (speech), and vocabulary for emotional assessment (comparison of eight vocabulary words) were measured and compared between a device that had the screen transition movement and one that did not. Results show that regarding the smartphone touch interface, the screen transition movement does not deter the concentration of the user, lengthens the time that the user focuses on the screen, induces more arousal for the user, and resulted in more language s about the meaning of the actions. After using the device, the vocabulary used in the assessment show that the users felt that a device with the screen transition movement was more efficient, fun, memorable, and less stifling.
