품질경영 실행과정에서 학습촉진 요인의 유효성에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Effectiveness of Learning Promotion Factors in the TQM Implementation Process

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 품질경영의 실행과정에서 학습촉진의 영향력이 유효한가를 검정하는데 있다. 이를 위해 품질경영의 실행으로 생산관리목표를 달성하는 과정에 학습촉진요인의 역할을 분석하는 연구모형을 설계하고, 이에 따른 설문지를 작성하여 품질경영을 실행하고 있는 ISO인증업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실증분석을 위해서 구조방정식모형으로 연구모형을 설계를 하고 AMOS를 이용하여 통계량을 구하고 검정하였다.
검정결과 품질경영요인은 학습촉진요인에 유의한 영향력을 가지고 있으며, 학습촉진요인 또한 생산관리목표에 유의한 영향력을 가진 인과관계가 밝혀졌다. 즉, 조직학습을 통해서 더 나은 생산관리목표 성과를 얻을 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is testing the effectiveness of learning promotion factors in the process of TQM implementation. In order to test the hypotheses designed in this study, a questionnaire has been developed based on the research model and is distributed to 300 firms which had acquired the certificate of ISO.
This study had processed the data acquired from the survey with a useful software for the structural equation modeling, AMOS.
From the testing, it was found that the learning promotion factors had been influenced by the TQM process and had also effected to the production control goals. In other words, the better performance of production control goals can be achieved by the learning factors.
