全北大學校 邊山演習林의 合理的 經營을 위한 基礎的 硏究 : (Ⅰ) 自然 및 人文環境을 中心으로 (Ⅰ) With Special Regards to Natural and Cultural Environments = Basic Studies for the Rational Management of Byunsan Experiment Forests of Chonbuk National University

국문 초록 (Abstract)

本大學 邊山演習林의 效率的인 經營方案을 모색하기 위한 基礎硏究로서 自然環境과 人文 社會環境에 대하여 調思分析하였는 바, 그 結果를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
1. 本演習林은 全北 扶安郡 邊山面 中溪里와 上西面 靑林里에 소재하고 北緯 35˚37´∼35˚40´ 東經 126˚32´∼126˚38´의 범위내에 위치하며 邊山半島國立公圍의 中央部에 속한다. 總面積은 2,006.51㏊이며, 隣接의 他山林과의 境界는 비교적 선명하다.
2. 氣候는 海岸性氣候의 영향을 받아 비교적 溫和하고, 年降雨量은 1,360㎜로서 전국 편균보다 많으며 降雪量도 인접 市郡地域보다 많은 편이다.
3. 山脈은 東西便으로 走向이고 500m內外의 山峰이 連峰을 이루고 地勢는 전체적으로 險峻한 山岳地를 이루고 있다.
4. 地質基盤은 中生代 自堊紀의 班岩層이 넓게 분포하고 露出岩盤은 風化가 심하며, 곳곳에 崖錐가 발달되어 있다. 土壞은 腐殖有機物이 많은 砂壞土 내지 殖壞土로 구성되어 있는데 土深은 얕은 편이다.
5. 演習林內의 主河川인 白川내는 海倉 바다로 流入하는데, 河川의 水資源이 쉽게 枯渴되고 河川流域은 발달하지 못하였다.
6. 植物分布現況은 현재까지 조사 보고된 바에 의하면 草本이 18科 50種, 木本이 44科 166種에 이르고 있다. 全體的으로 볼 때 針葉樹로는 소나무가 闊葉樹로는 굴참나무가 主種을 이루며 全林에 분포된다.
7. 4個面 21個 自然部落이 演習林과 隣接關係가 있고, 이곳 住民들은 田作爲主의 零細農家로서 勞動力은 老令化, 婦女化되는 경향이나 山林保護意識이 높고 演習林管理에 協助的이다.
8. 이 지방에서 주로 需要되는 木材는 針葉樹材와 漁獲用 丸太木으로서, 林産物市場現況과 産物의 販賣與件은 전반적으로 良好하다.
9. 外部로부터 演習林에 進入하는 外部交通體系는 便利한 반면에 森林內部의 交通體系(林道鋼)는 不足한 편이어서 山林經營의 效率性을 높이기 위하여는 林道鋼의 擴充이 요청된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to try to find the rational management plan for Byunsan Experiment Forests of Chonbuk National University with special regards to natural and cultural envirnments.
The main results of this research are summarized as follows;
1. The Byunsan Experiment Forests extends over 2 Myons, 2 Rees including Chonbuk Puan-Gun Byunsan-myon Chungkae-ree and Sangseo-myon Chonglim-ree. It's location is at 35°37'N-35°40'N AND 126°32'E-126°38'E, and inland center zone of Byunsan National Park.
It's gross area is 2,006. 5lha and the border with other nearby forests is rather distinct.
2. It's climate is rather warm under the influnce of marine climate and the annual precipitation is over 1,300mm.
3. The mountain range shows the direction form East to West, and most part of this of this area is steep mountain which surrounded by many peaks around 500m.
4. In geological features, porphyry layer of the Mesozoic Era Cretaceous is distributed widely, bare rodks show extremely weathered forms, and precipitous cliffs develope in places. Soil texture consists of sandy loam or clay loam containing a high percentage of organization.
5. Vascular plants investigated in this erea consists of 44 families, 166 species. Representative tree species are Pinus densiflora S. et Z. and Quercus variabilie Blume respectively in conifers and broadleaved trees.
6. Inbabitants of 21 mountain village are concerned with the Experiment Forests. They show a high sense of forest protection, therefore they are helpful to the Experiment Forests management.
7. Conditions of the forest products market and sale of the products in Byunsan area are good over all.
8. Outer traffic system connected with the Experiment Forests is convenient, but internal traffic system within forest(forest road system) is very short.
Therefore, the expansion of forest road system would be necessary to raise the efficiency of the forest management.
