The development of information technology which made the cyber marketing possible, promoted the paradigm shift of a person to person marketing. In 21st century, information and knowledge are expected to be one of important resources in our society. Furthermore, the intellectuals who have enough information and can make it efficient are expected to be the ruling class in our society. Forming a home-page is a just fundamental condition in a company` s marketing and sale activity using Internet. The point of the problem is how can be used a substructure efficiently by marketing. So this study, through the forming strategy and analysis of a home-page with traditional design, try to present the systematic way with using marketing. In order to accomplish these aims, the study is organized as follows: First: examine the notion and characteristics regarding cyber marketing which has been studied so far. Second: investigate the strategic present condition of cyber marketing. Third: Look over the usage of cyber marketing based on the forming of the traditional designed cites and try to present the considerations on cyber marketing` s long-term development.
