컴퓨터범죄의 현황과 예방에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Status And Prevention of Computer Crime

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The paper describes side effects of informatization including criminal, social and ethical side effects, and focuses particularly on criminal side effects. It analyses computer abuse techniques and their occurrences: hacking techniques, illegal copying of software, counter-measures to prevent illegal copying and copy protection software.
The characteristics of criminal side effects and the prevention of computer crime are as follows : the percentage of crimes at the banking companies is relatively high, and the amount of lost money are increasing. Also, computer abuse techniques are getting various, but basically they are on the low technical level such as simple computer manipulation, data modification. In public sector, the divulge of private information is increasing as well as hacking and virus attacks.
Therefore, the alternative for prevention of computer crime are presented as follows ; The First, this paper suggests the alternative for prevention of computer crime is juristic administrative aspect.
The Second, the alternative for prevention of computer crime is technical aspects for example introduction of monitoring institution, system audit, user's logging file making, and so on.
The Third, the alternative for prevention of computer crime is typical aspects for example, the contrast of source documents, endowing serial number of source data. mutual crosscheck system, openess logging file analysis, particularly, is executed exact spec. and examination when outman is participate at computer working.
