    The purpose of this study is to make the most of a data for solving the environmental pollution and the waste of resource caused by municipal solid wastes-one of problems that break out in high-crowded city center.
    The outline of a conclusion is following as : First. The amount of the office-building municipal solid wastes in city is about 0.2∼0.5(㎏/person·day). Compared to the residential area, the office-building area shows low-level. Second. In the discharge properties of municipal solid wastes, an inflammable municipal solid wastes are over 85~. I suggest that we should make a policy for slowing this problem. Third. The factors that effect the amount of the municipal solid wastes are the type of work, the size of building, the number of worker and so on. Especilly the main factor is the type of work.
