수도권의 토지이용 변화에 관한 연구 : 지목과 필지 변화를 중심으로 with special reference to the change of land category and parcel = A Study on the Change of Land Use in Metropolitan Seoul

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aims at the investigation of changing land use in metropolitan Seoul from 1970 to 1990. The special attention is given to the change of land category and parcel.
The result gained here are summarized as follows ; In metropolitan Seoul from 1970 to 1990, as far as dry-field, paddy-field and woodland are concerned. total area of the using land has gradually diminished and divided into little rectangular parcels. This is a reflect of the urbanization process. In particular, a case study of the suburbs Seongnam and Kwangmyong clearly shows the fact.
On the contary, total area of the housing and manufacturing land use has remarkably increased for the period, especially the southward of Seoul. In the earlier stage of urbanization, the housing lots are divided into little parcels, but in the mature stage adversly into large ones. And it is expected such phenomena would gradually expand all of the metropolitan area in future.
