경기 서북부 대규모 미개발지에 대한 개발방향설정 = Establishment of Development Direction for Large-scale Undeveloped Areas in Northwestern Gyeonggido

국문 초록 (Abstract)

경기 서북부권의 대규모 미개발지는, 당초 수도권 중추기능 분담과 수도권 서북부 광역기능 및 거점 핵심도시 역할 수행을 위한 복합도시개발이 고려되었던 지역이나, 이후 급격한 경기침체 등 경제상황에 따라 개발이 지연되어 왔으며, 민간의 도시개발사업 제안으로 난개발 방지를 위한 관리방안 마련이 필요한 상황이다.
고양시는 1990년대 주택 200만호 정책에 따라 자족기능을 갖추지 못한 채 주거중심으로 개발이 완료되었다.
이제, 저출산, 저성장, 고령화, 인구감소라는 메가트랜드(Mega-Trend) 시대를 맞이하고, 주거중심으로 기 개발된 택지개발지구의 재건축에 대한 대비 등 다양한 미래 여건변화를 고려하여 경기 서북부 대규모 미개발지에 대한 합리적인 활용방안의 강구가 중요한 시기가 되었다.
문재인 정부 출범과 더불어 추진되고 있는 “한반도 신경제 지도”는 신성장 거점으로 도약하기 유리한 위치에 있는 경기 서북부 대규모 미개발지에 대해 국가적 사업의 활용공간으로서의 잠재력을 높이고, 고양시의 산업적 기능을 충족시켜 지속가능한 도시성장을 이루도록 도시계획적 관점에서 관리방안을 모색해 보고자 한다

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Large undeveloped areas in the northwestern part of Gyeonggi Province were initially considered for sharing the central function of the capital area, for the role of the metropolitan area as well as for the development of a complex urban area in the northwestern part of the capital city, but the development has been delayed depending on economic conditions such as a drastic economic recession since then, and the private sector's proposal for urban development projects calls for management measures to prevent reckless development.
In accordance with the policy of 2 million houses in the 1990s, the city was developed as a residential hub without self-sufficient functions.
Now, it has become an important time to make reasonable use of large-scale undeveloped land in northwestern Gyeonggi Province in consideration of various future conditions, such as low birth rate, low growth, aging population, and preparation for reconstruction of housing development zones developed as residential centers.
Moon Jae-in, along with a new administration took office, being promoted “The new map” that is advantageous position to leap forward into a new growth hub in the large undeveloped land in northwestern Gyeonggi.Goyang, and the potential as a state project, the use of space for the industrial capabilities to meet sustainable urban growth in terms of urban planning.To try to seek ways to manage.
