만연산 치유의 숲 활성화를 위한 제언 = Proposals for revitalizing the Mt. Man-yeon's healing forest

국문 초록 (Abstract)

양호한 산림을 대상으로 보편적 산림복지를 구현하기 위하여 산림치유를 테마로 “만연산 테라피 밸리 조성 기본계획”을 수립하였으나 보다 전략적인 계획의 보완이 필요하다는 공감대가 형성되어 산림치유의 효과를 극대화 시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 구성과 시설의 보완을 검토하였다.
기본계획은 크게 중심시설지구와 산림지구로 구분하고, 중심시설지구에는 치유센터, 실내 산림치유 프로그램방 등을 위치시키고, 산림지구에는 중심시설지구와 연계성이 높은 치유숲길 중심의 계획을 수립하였다.
시설배치는 건폐율 10% 내외의 저밀도로 계획하여 산림치유시설을 이용함에 있어 쾌적성을 유지할 수 있도록 하였으며, 개발가용지의 지형/지세 및 수계 등 산림치유인자를 충분히 활용할 수 있도록 계획하였다. 상수, 하수는 자체에서 공급/처리하도록 계획하였으며, 동선 체계는 지형훼손 최소화를 기본목표로 동절기 융설 시스템을 제안하였으며, 전기는 산림의 자연경관을 위해 전면 지중화 하도록 계획하였다. 건축물은 주변 자연을 거스르지 않고 자연에 순환되는 친환경적 공간 연출을 목표로 지형차를 고려한 반지하 구조의 건축물을 계획하였다. 산림지구 기본계획은 산림지구 내에 대한 임도, 임상현황을 바탕으로 체험의 숲, 오감체험의 숲, 희망의 숲, 미래의 숲으로 세분하였고 이에 대한 산림치유환경 개선을 위한 조림 및 숲 가꾸기 계획을 수립하였으며, 각 주제 숲별로 다시 세부 주제를 갖는 32.6km의 다양한 치유 숲길을 계획하였으며, 대상지 전역을 잇는 49.9km의 치유 둘레길과 연계될 수 있도록 계획하였다.
치유프로그램은 대상 치유의 숲이 가지는 그곳만의 치유인자를 찾아내는 것이 가장 중요하다. 또한 찾아낸 치유인자들을 활용한 치유프로그램을 구현함으로써 그 장소만의 독특한 치유의 숲으로 자리매김하는 것이 반드시 필요하다. 여러 치유의 숲의 프로그램을 검토했을때, 대부분 비슷한 프로그램으로 구성되어 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 특성은 치유의 숲을 찾아가야 할 필요성이 없으며, 이는 접근성에 따라 방문객수의 차이를 가지게 될 것이다. 전국에 분포한 치유의 숲은 그 지형적 특성과 산지가 품고 있는 양호한 수림대의 특성도 다르다. 이러한 장소적 특성과 수림대가 갖는 특성 및 그 산림 내에 존재하는 다양한 산림자원들에서 치유인자를 찾아내야 한다. 각 장소만이 가지는 독특한 치유요소의 발굴이 없이는 특화된 치유프로그램을 구성하는데 한계를 가지게 된다. 각 장소만의 치유프로그램을 실현하기 위해서는 반드시 그 현장에 잠재한 치유요소의 발굴이 반드시 필요하다고 판단된다. 향후 이러한 점을 고려하여 당해 장소의 치유인자를 활용한 치유프로그램을 구성하는데 본 연구결과가 참고자료가 되었으면 한다.

In order to implement universal forest welfare for good forests, the "Man-yeon Mountain Therapy Valley Creation Plan" was established under the theme of forest healing, but a consensus was formed that more strategic plans needed to be supplementation of programs and facilities. So the composition of programs and supplementation of facilities to maximize the effectiveness of forest healing were reviewed.
The basic plan shall be largely divided into a central facility district and a forest district, and A healing center, an indoor forest healing program room, etc. shall be located in the central facility district; In the forest district, a plan centered on healing forest roads, which are highly linked to the central facility district, was established.
The placement of facilities was planned at a low density with a building-to-land ratio of around 10 percent to maintain comfort in using forest healing facilities, and It was planned to fully utilize forest healing factors such as terrain/ground and water system of developing land.
Water and sewage are planned to be supplied/treated by themselves, The flow line system proposed a winter fusion system with the basic goal of minimizing terrain damage and Electricity was planned to be completely underground for the natural scenery of forests.
The building was planned to have a semi-basement structure considering geographical differences with the aim of creating an eco-friendly space circulating in nature without going against the surrounding nature.
The basic plan for the forest district was subdivided into forest of experience, forest of five senses, forest of hope, and forest of the future based on the forestry and clinical status of the forest district, A plan for afforestation and forest cultivation was established to improve the forest healing environment, we planned 32.6km of various healing forest paths with detailed themes for each theme forest and It was planned to be connected to the 49.9km Healing Dulle-gil connecting the entire target area.
It is most important for the healing program to find the healing factors unique to the target healing forest. In addition, it is essential to establish a unique healing forest for the site by implementing a healing program using the found healing factors. When examining the various Healing Forest programs, it was found that most of them consisted of similar programs. This characteristic eliminates the need to visit the Healing Forest, and the number of visitors will vary depending on accessibility. Healing forests distributed throughout the country differ in their topographical characteristics and the characteristics of good forests in mountainous areas. It is necessary to find healing factors from the characteristics of these places and forest zones and various forest resources existing in the forest. Without discovering the unique healing elements of each place, there is a limit to constructing a specialized healing program. In order to realize the healing program unique to each place, it is judged that it is absolutely necessary to discover the healing elements that are latent in the field. Considering this point in the future, it is hoped that the results of this study will serve as reference data for constructing a healing program using the healing factors of the site.
