    This study deal with the work experiences of the married immigrant women employed at the multucultural family support center in Korea using qualitative case study methodology. Three participants were selected for the in-depth interviews for data collection and four categories were identified with 22 themes in the description of data result analysis including finding my position through work, two-fold feeling, community formulation, and new messages. Educational environment to learn by levels and stages of Korean language ability, continuous training for the stable employment, and support for the child upbringing are suggested for the better future life of the married immigrant women at the multicultural family support center.
