學校組織의 效果性 評價模型 開發硏究 = Evaluating Organizational Effectiveness of School

In order to measure organizational effectiveness of school, it is essential to establish the effectiveness criteria in school. To build school effectiveness criteria with practicalness, the characteristics of school organization were identified first, and then the theories of organizational effectiveness were reviewed in the viewpoint of school.
The following evaluating criteria of organizational effectiveness of school were identified.
1.evaluating by clerks and teachers working administrative tasks
(1) acceptance of needs and expects from environment
(2) his/her own tasks performance
(3) state acquired personnel and material resources
(4) leadership of principal and vice-principal as school administrator
(5) satisfaction as administrative personnel
2.evaluating by teachers in charge of teaching a subject matter as professionals
(1) his/her own teaching tasks performance
(2) normal operation of curricula
(3) emphasis on student's development for man as a whole in teaching process
(4) supports received by administrative system
(5) tasks performance of additional support system
(6) student's motives and attitudes for learning
(7) leadership of principal and vice-principal to the teacher as a professional
(8) satisfaction as a teacher in charge of teaching tasks
3.evaluating by teachers in charge of classroom management
(1) his/her own tasks performance of classroom management
(2) his/her own tasks performance of guidance and counseling
(3) consideration to student's development for man as a whole in classroom management
(4) supports received by administrative system
(5) leadership of principal and vice-principal to the teachers in charge of classroom management
(6) services of additional support system
(7) student's sincerity in school life
(8) satisfaction as a teacher in charge of classroom management
4.evaluating by personnels working in additional support system(as library, counselor's office)
(1) his/her own tasks performance
(2) services for students and other personnels
(3) supports received by administrative system
5.evaluating by students
(1) quality of teaching activities
(2) normal operation of curricula
(3) opportunity of extracurriculum activities
(4) quality of activities of teacher in charge of classroom management
(5) convenience for using the facilities of school
(6) their won sincerity in school life
(7) satisfaction to school life
6.evaluating by principal and vice-principal
(1) tasks performance in administrative system
(2) tasks performance in teaching system
(3) tasks performance in management system
(4) tasks performance in additional support system
(5) quality of his/her won leadership and school management
(6) satisfaction
7.evaluation by given data
(1) achievement test and physical and strength test
(2) ratio of entrance into advanced cources or employment
(3) service activities to society
