우리나라 노인시설의 종류와 명칭의 변화 = The Changes in the Types and Names of the Facilities for the Elderly in Korea - Focusing on the Change in the Enforcement Regulations of the Elderly Welfare Act

This study investigated how the types and names of the facilities for the elderly have changed through the changes in the Enforcement Regulations of the Elderly Welfare Act. Studies on the facilities for the elderly have been steadily conducted, but there were no studies on the changes in the facilities. Thus, in order to identify how these facilities started and they were classified, this researcher analyzed them by dividing into four large tables through the analysis of the enforcement regulations of the Elderly Welfare Act from their legislation to the present. Through this analysis, it could be seen how the residential welfare facilities for the elderly, medical welfare facilities for the elderly, leisure welfare facilities for the elderly, and in-home care facilities for the elderly started, when they were created or integrated and how their names or types have changed. This analysis is considered to be an important material in raising the understanding of the studies on the facilities for the elderly that should be continuously conducted.
