This study has intended to develop a setting priority model for agro-cultural settlement development project, and to set priorities through the application of the agro-cultural settlement development project already producted.
This study has identified evaluation factors for setting priority evaluation model by reviewing previous researches and related literatures, and developed setting priority evaluation model by applying weights to a evaluation criteria through AHP analysis.
Evaluation criteria for the developed evaluation model consists of three(3) evaluation factors: Natural Environment, Social Economy, Business promotion and Design & Construction and sub-factors: Landscape & Resident Environment for a Natural Environment factor, Population & Access for a Social Economy factor, and Legal Rule for a Design & Construction factor. After factor weights had been determined by AHP analysis method, setting priority has been evaluated by applying for 12 sample projects. The evaluation result shows that 4 uncompleted projects in 2006 present has been ranked from 9 to 12. This means those projects had been failed in a selection.
If the priority for agro-cultural settlement development project is determined by the developed model, the project would be promoted objectively, and a waste of national budget would be also reduced.
