기관지 천식 환자에서 발생한 자발성 기종격동 : 2례 보고 = Spontaneous Pneumomediastinum Occuring in Bronchial Asthma-2 Cases Report

Air may enter the mediastinum via Lhe deep fascial planes of the neck or rarely by dissection front the retropsritoneal space or by transit through a patent foramen from the peritoneal cavity, Pneumomediastinum also results from perforation of the trachea, or bronchi or esophagus and as a sequela of interstitial emphysema.
The lattsr condition, sometimes referred to as "spontaneous pneumomediastmum" is the results of alveolar wall rupture secondary to high intraalveolar pressure caused by artificial ventilation, cough, straining etc.
I have experienced 2 cases of spaniansous pneumoinediastinum associated with acute asthmatic attack recently, so I report the cases briefly with a review.
