      Because of the emergence of large retailers, changes in consumption patterns, deterioration of facilities, etc. Traditional markets are having customer loss and sales decline. In this reason, they are losing function of the pass center of the Logistics distribution in local economy. So to activate the Traditional markets, government has supported the massive government budget by enacted law and related business promotion since 2002. Although these efforts, but theres a generally opinion, that Traditional market activation business has a low utility compared with invested capital. So, In this reason, we will select a successful model of a Traditional market activation business and find a virtual affect that influence the market. Target area of our study, Sokcho tourism and fisheries market is a very high awareness market as the variety of food, has been proceeded specialty supporting program through Traditional market activation business since 2006. Therefore, our study is to ask the satisfaction of pass activation business to the merchant and the tourist, find the effect of the specialty supporting program in the activation business and suggest the right direction of Traditional market activation business.
