아동상담에서의 접수상담 현황 및 접수상담자의 교육과 훈련에 관한 연구 = A Study on Intake Interviews, Intaker`s Education and Training in Child Counseling

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study investigated the current condition of intake interviews at the child counseling practice and its related intaker education and training. The targets of the study are 30 intake counselors, and the questionnaire made by the researcher, making use of preceding research, was used as a survey instrument. Quantity data was expressed in percentage, and descriptive materials were analyzed using the content analysis method. The summary of the study results is as follows. As for the total length of session for counseling, 93.4% took less than 1 hour and 30 minutes, and almost all counselor a spoke for more than 10 minutes. The order of priority delivered to parents is the client`s cause of problem (66.8%) followed by the direction of counseling (60%), and the explanation of overall counseling process (37.1%). It can be argued that additional training (96.7%) and supervision (100%) for intake interviews are needed. Case management capacity, maturity in character, and therapeutic skills were considered important qualities, and to attain these qualities, there was a strong demand for professional education and supervision for intake counselors.
