This study attempted to find out the influence of corporate culture by identifying the variables that may affect the corporate culture. For this purpose, first, the hotel corporate culture profile was analyzed to clear out the difference between what constituents currently perceive and what they prefer about the culture and, then, it was ascertained that whether corporate culture directly affects a hotel company`s financial performance. Profile analysis showed that, in response to the survey related with the current culture, questions related with market culture and hierarchy culture were highlighted and marked high score, but the preferred culture was found to be clan culture, and the rest of the cultures were scored low evenly. Next, the result of analysis on whether the corporate culture directly affects the financial performance indicates that clan culture had positive affects on growth dimension of financial performance but hierarchical culture affected negatively. The clan culture which may put some positive influence on the financial performance is the corporate culture most preferred by constituents. Therefore, it is considered that if hotel companies changes their culture to clan culture, financial performance may be improved.
