공장계획 및 스케줄링 기법의 High-Tech 산업 적용 방안 = Factory Planner Application for Planning and Scheduling of Factory on Supply Chain

The industries have competing to survive in society of global competition and short life cycle. Therefore to speedy and accurately treat purchasing, R&D, manufacturing, logistics/distribution, sales, and available-to-promise(ATP) for client through the variant market, the global companies are using the Advanced Planning and Scheduling(APS) system in supply chain management(SCM) aspect. Especially, if we get the order quantity of client we should propose the due-date and production quantity to the client after we calculate the material usage, machine capacity, and other constraints of in-factory using planning and scheduling. So, the planning and scheduling method will be more important.
Therefore, in this study, we analyze the requirement of an electronic company and apply the tool, Factory Planner(FP), to solve the requirements. The FP, which was developed by i2 technologies, is very popular planning and scheduling tool in the world and is applied to many fields.
