    This study focused on the analysis of the German mental health delivery systems. Through much of the analysis is applicable to the various forms of social provision in the form of mental health, the specific emphasis here is upon the organizational arrangements in the delivery system : (1) administrative structure in the sense of the Greman national social policy, (2) authority and control for the different tasks to be performed, (3) the composition of the mental health delivery system.

    On the basis of this study, one of the implications for Korean is that more attention must be directed toward issues concerning both the effectiveness of services and services delivery in the mental health.
