학부 유학생 대상 한국문화 수업의 플립러닝 사례 연구 = A Case Study on the Flipped Learning in Korean Culture Lesson for Foreign Undergraduate Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The flipped learning is drawing attention recently as a new method of teaching that can overcome limitations of traditional methods of teaching. This study analyzed the cases of flipped learning in Korean culture lesson for foreign undergraduate students. The purpose of this study is to develop an instructional model for flipped learning for Korean culture subject, which is open for foreign undergraduate students, through case study. For this purpose, the researcher operated the cultural Korean culture subject as the flipped learning subject, then surveyed the students’ satisfaction with it. As a result, the researcher was able to know that the students experienced personalized learning, self-directed learning and collaborative learning through flipped learning, which promoted students’ learning and increased students’ lesson satisfaction. However, since some students feel that the learning burden is too high or that they have difficulty in managing self-control, we need to come up with a solution to this. This study is meaningful in that it provides data on actual instructional design and operation method, such as problems that could occur when applying flipped learning to Korean culture lesson for foreign undergraduate students and effective countermeasures against them, and in that based on these data, it presents the instructional model for flipped learning.
