「進學圖」와 「聖學十圖」 圖說의 比較 硏究 = A Comparative Study of Diagrams of Jinhak-do and Sunghak Sib-do

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

To verify the originality of Jinhak-do(進學圖), this study has done a comparative analysis of the organizational structures of Sunghak Sib-do(聖學十圖) and Jinhak-do, and 9 diagrams and comments, closely related.
A comparison of their structures shows that while Sunghak Sib-do is organized into two(pl.1-5, 6-10) and three(pl.1-2, 3-4, 5-10) divisions, aiming at a sage's study, Jinhak-do has 5 divisions such as ‘宇宙論(天道) ￫ 心性論 ￫ 用工先後論 ￫ 聖人敎訓論 ￫ 其他’, which help a novice study from the beginning.
An analysis of 9 diagrams and comments reveals that out of 9 diagrams that Gwon Chun-ran(權春蘭) adopted in Jinhak-do, 6 were based on the diagrams of Sunghak Sib-do, and three were his original diagrams. It is also found that Gwon Chun-ran elaborated and expanded 7 comments of diagrams, based on Sunghak Sib-do and completely replaced 2 comments in his own words. Therefore Jinhak-do did not simply quote Sunghak Sib-do written by Yi Hwang, but relevantly expanded and supplemented its content, and added his original diagrams and comments, when needed. And it covered much wider area as well.
