서비스업에서의 품질경영시스템 구축에 대한 실증적 연구 = A PRACTICAL STUDY ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY

This study focuses on the establishment of quality management system that satisfies quality management system of ISO 9000 and the certification system of quality management system and is able to hold a program that can improve quality. For this purpose, we did, we did research on literature and the case of M company, a service provider for overseas study. The introducing chapter explains the purpose, method, and range of research and the concept and configuration of quality management system in addition to its certification system and procedure. In addition, through the study case of M, a service provider, it tries to contribute to the settlement and improvement of the system, by the execution of quality management system. It suggests the method of system documentation for a service provider through the process of documentation by M company. The concluding chapter summarizer the research results and discusses the future assignments.
